HIs first hair cut!!

Myles got his first hair cut last night.  Myles and his Uncle Nate decided it was time to cut their hair so they did it together last night.  Nate's friend Stephanie came over and helped them out!!  Myles was not to sure
of the cape he had to wear.  Then when Stephanie started to cut he keep throwing his head back to see
who was touching him!! Finally we had to resort to calling the dog, Annie.  We gave Myles the ball and he
would throw it to the dog over and over so he would sit still for his hair cut.  Then Uncle Nate tried to bring
up movies on his cell phone for Myles to watch.  He settled down and she got his hair cut.  When she was
done Uncle Nate picked him up and Stephanie saw some touch ups so Myles stood still while Uncle Nate
was holding him!  What a fun time!!

He is wondering what is going on???

Watching a movie on Uncle Nate's phone

Look Uncle Nate and Myles got the same hair cut!  Their twins!!! LOL

Oops, Stephanie found a few stragglers!

Look at this handsome little man!!  He just aged to a toddler!  Way to fast, way to fast!!!!

You may lift him up in due time.
I pray he will cast all his anxieties on You

I pray ________ will recognize the temptations
and deceitfulness of the enemy, Satan.
Be self-controlled and alert,
resist the enemy, standing firm in his faith.
Keep him from the immoral behavior of the world

Lord, I pray _______ will grow up to be a godly man

Cousin Brianna visited from Pennsylvania with her husband and her 6 month old Bentley.  Myles got to play with his cousin's on his Dad's side. This would be the Krueger side.  It is amazing to see all the little ones and see how fast they are growing!!!

Myles is growing leaps and bounds!  It is amazing watching him grow and a lot of his mannerisms and looks that he has acquired like his Dad! We are so proud of Casey and the great job she is doing raising a great son!  We enjoy him immensely every time we get to watch him!! God has blessed this family!

Myles is walking!

On May 25, 2013 Myles took 8 steps for me while I was watching him.  On Friday, May 26, 20132 Myles took 20 steps for Aunt Jenny.  Aunt Jenny says if she wasn't
backed into a corner she thought he would have taken more steps. I told Casey when
she brings him next week he will be walking every where!  Boy was I right!

Myles is walking all over.  He still uses the wall, furniture and people to help him
to get to a standing position.  Then he is off!!! He is into everything.  His cousin
Zane is army crawling every where and trying to keep up with Myles!

At the same time he decides he wants to walk every where he also got his first
tooth!  His cousin Zane is one week behind him.  Zane's first tooth just broke
through today (6/4/13)!  No wonder this grandson's have been a little fussy but really not to bad at all!

Myles enjoying the nice weather!

Grandma Kitty gave Myles a ride on the fire truck!

Myles went for a visit to Johnson Creek Cancer Center

Myles went to visit Dr. Holen and the Nurses, Diana and Dawn and Karen at the Cancer Center.
Dr. Holen couldn't believe how big he was getting.  He saw Myles crawling all over the place and thought Myles will be walking soon!  Myles had a fascination with Dr. Holen's shinny shoes and clasp on his shoes!
Myles kept crawling and trying to get Dr. Holen's shoes from him.  Then he would grab his pant leg and stand himself up!  All Myles did was smile and talk with all the girls!!!

Diana is in the blue and had helped Matt with all his chemo.  The other RN helped Matt with his radiation.

This is Dr. Kyle Holen.  He was one of his Cancer Doctor.  Myles thought
he was pretty cool!

Myles and Grandma Kitty got to see the Magnola tree that we donated in Matt's name bloom this year.  It had about 3 or 4 blooms on it!  It is growing good!!

While we grieve here on earth for our loss, our loved ones are with God doing His work and looking after us from there.  Some day we will be able to not weep for our loss and sadness but we will be able to rejoice in a life lived and the time we were blessed to be able to spend together.

Myles won and now had to crack eggs with cousin Luke.
Myles won again!

Myles had to crack eggs with cousin Ally. This time
Ally won!   Myles did great this year at Easter.  We will
have to see what next year brings.  Maybe he will go farther!

Aunt Teresee and Ella teaching Myles how to make faces!  I
don't think he needs any help doing that!!

Uncle Andy and cousin Amanda having fun with Myles on Easter.

Grandma Kitty and Aunt Jenny went for a walk in Watertown and stopped to have lunch at a local cafe.  Myles couldn't wait for his food!

Decided while he was waiting for his food to eat his favorite stuffed Monkey! it was a little windy but a beautiful day for a walk! Then we met up with Mommy and she took
Myles home!!

Oh Lord, I do not ask for much,

Eternal beauty, or youth, or such.
Just give me a little hand to hold,
And I'll forget that I'm growing old.

I do not ask for cloudless skies,
A life that's free from tears and sighs.
Just give me a little face to kiss,
And anxious moments will turn to bliss.

For what is there, really, that means so much
As little hands that reach and touch,
As little eyes that search and see
Only the best in fragile me?

So let me grow more loving and wise
By looking at life through their wide eyes.
For through these little ones, you have given
This grateful grandmother a glimpse of Heaven.
