House and Wedding plans is coming along great!

Matt and Casey's house has been coming along good every day. They are not putting up the sides of there house. The in floor heat is in, decisions on color of house, field stone on the house and what color the roof should be is all decided. Building has been going great!

The wedding is coming along well. The hall, church, photographer, DJ, cake and food are all decided and ready to go. The dresses should be in shortly and tuxes are order. Flowers are done.

Casey has had several showers where she got a lot of nice things. Matt also got the belt that was on his list!! He was very happy getting the belt!!

Thank you to everyone for all the continued prayers, cards and help. It is very comforting to have so many family and friends out there helping with prayers!

Continuing Chemo

Matt has been continuing to do chemo treatments every Friday. After the treatment he goes home and sleeps for the night. Just made out the calendar for the next month for Doctor appointments and a CT scan and chemo treatments. Matt has been feeling good. He continues to work every day and to help Casey work on the wedding plans.

Tumor Marker Results

Matt and I just got back for seeing Dr. Holen. Matt had lab work done yesterday. Dr. Holen informed us that Matts CEA tumor marker test went from 14.7 down to 12.2!! Yeah!!!!

Matt had a big smile on his face!! Matt worked out a schedule to continue his chemo treatment every Friday. He plans to take the Friday before the wedding off and the following Friday off so Casey and Matt can take a Honeymoon weekend somewhere!!!

Matt also has gained a pound. We were happy to see that! It was a good Doctor visit!! Matt and I had lunch and back to work!! Matt and Casey are working hard on the wedding details and building the house.

The wedding is coming along great! Matt and Casey have now registered at Bed Bath & Beyond and Walmart. They have discussed wedding cake from Turner Hall.

Their house has plumbing in the basement and footings. Today they were putting in drainage tubing for their down spouts. Things are moving along quickly.

More Wedding Updates!

Matt and Casey have added Wal-mart and Bed, Bath, and Beyond to their list of registries! Everything is coming along wonderfully.

House and Dr. Appointment

After Casey's bridal shower Matt and Brett came over to help clean up. Then Matt and Casey went to Brookfiled for Matt's Grandpa Tony's 80th birthday party. Weekends seem to be very busy.

Mat has labs on Tuesday and Doctor appointment on Wednesday. We will see if the chemo and/or Matt's juice did anything. Then he continues to have his chemo treatments on Friday afternoons.

Matt had his third chemo treatment Friday. He continues to have a rash and bad acne. They tell us that is a good sign. Doctor Eastman gave Matt a prescription to put on his face to help with the acne. It seems that the cream is working his face is looking better.

Matt and Casey's house is coming along. They poured the basement walls and now they have to wait 5 days. Then the plumber will be back to do some work.

Matt is feeling well. He continues to work and check on the progress of their house each day.

Wedding moving along

The Hepp side had a lovely shower for Casey on Sunday. Matt and Casey got a lot of nice gifts. Matt of coarse couldn't believe that no one got him his belt!!! We will wait and see if he gets his

belt at the next shower! Wedding plans continue to move along. Invitations are out. Casey and Matt are trying to get some of the last minute things done.

House is moving along Great!

Matt and Casey are going forward with their house. They signed their loan papers last week and the HOLE was dug. Tuesday they are hoping to get the plumbing in. It might be to muddy. We had lots of rain today.

Matt and Casey have been working out the details. Deciding the color of the house, what kind of windows they want and what kind of field stones they want for the front of their house. Lots of decision to be made!!!

Matt has been feeling good but tired. He has bad rash on his chest, back and face. They said that was a good sign the chemo is working!
