Surgery Fast Approaching

We got a call from Dr. Sugarbaker's office yesterday to come to the hospital so Matt can have his CT Scan and then followed by Doctor Appointment. Matt had to take Gastrografin every hour for three hours so the CT Scan comes out good.

Matt had Ct scans done. The Doctor said that they look good. So hopefully when he goes in for surgery we don't find any surprises. We were at the hospital all day!

Went home and had a good meal for Matt.

We got up earlier this morning for Matt to do his admission testing. He had blood tests, EKG, and chest x-ray. Now we are in the hotel and Matt is doing his bowel prep. He has to clean his colon out for tomorrow's surgery.

Matt has to be at the admissions office at 5 am tomorrow. Surgery is set for 7 am. They say it might take 5 to 8 hours. I will try to keep you updated as we find out.
