Last night Matt got ok sleep. They have removed his pain pump and now got him started on taking pills for pain so he can go home. Pills so far haven't been sitting too well with Matt. He never really enjoyed taking pills and had a hard time in the first place too. This morning Matt isn't feeling too well and has gotten sick a couple of times. So maybe if you are planning on visiting, Matt would like it if you waited til later. :/ Anytime after 5:00 pm is great!

Dear Matt and Family,
We are so sorry to hear of this new challenge in your life. "Attitude" is so important in fighting this disease and it looks and sounds like you have a great one---and a wonderful support system.
Just wanted to let you know that we think the care that Nick received at UW Children's oncology department was wonderful.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
